    EPS是可发性聚苯乙烯,是一种热塑性塑料,其优点是本钱低廉,隔热性能较好,但阻燃性能极差,粘接性能普通,所以只能是过渡型产品。

    XPS又叫挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板,其加工工艺是将聚苯乙烯的废料颗粒重新熔融,高温高压挤出的过程中注入氟里昂等发泡剂,使之构成泡孔状构造,也具备了一定的隔热性能。由于这种资料是聚苯乙烯废料的合理再应用,所以也有利于环保,其突出的优点是本钱普通,防水性能好,强度高,成型稳定,以至能够作为飞机跑道的资料,近几年普遍用于外墙保温范畴。其缺陷是粘接性能较差,隔热性能普通。

    PU是指聚氨酯泡沫,是一类含有反复的氨基甲酸酯链的高分子化合物,是聚氨酯大类中更为重要的子项之一,普通在建筑保温方面主要指的是硬泡。聚氨酯硬泡是目前国际上性能更好的保温资料,各项性能指标都优于传统的XPS、EPS,不只隔热好,粘接性强,而且便于连续消费,成型美现。但更大的缺陷是本钱高。

    PU refers to polyurethane foam, which is a kind of polymer containing repeated carbamate chain. It is one of the most important sub items in polyurethane. Polyurethane rigid foam is the best heat preservation material in the world at present. Its performance indexes are better than traditional XPS and EPS. It not only has good heat insulation and strong adhesion, but also is convenient for continuous consumption and beautiful appearance. But the biggest drawback is the high cost.
